My experience with MDHub has been wonderful. All I do is open the app, hit the record button after obtaining consent and then stop at the end of session. It’s uploaded in seconds and then I edit if necessary and copy and paste to my notes. I am no longer behind on my notes and am keeping up with deadlines. I’m surprised at how well the technology works and surprised too at how patients are willing to participate. It is a secure, confidential and robust technology that will no doubt only get better.

I no longer spend hours transcribing or typing up notes, enabling me to see more patients and provide them with the care they need.

I have been using MDhub.AI since the past few weeks and I can truly say that it has been life-changing.

It allows me to focus on my patient interactions, without worrying about documenting anything during the encounter,  this being able to make more eye contact with my patient leading to a better rapport. Just minutes later, when I login to the secure platform, the note is already populated completely, and I can make minor changes as needed and the note is ready to be submitted to the EHR. It also allows you to very easily make custom templates, so I have customized templates for each of my different kind of interactions with patients and also have templates for phone calls with patients or their family members.

I am once again beginning to enjoy practicing psychiatry. it is truly a game changer when it comes to restoring worklife balance for so many physicians that are experiencing burn out. The founders are always approachable and reachable, and are always willing to work with clients to improve the software and make changes.  I have seen it grow over time incorporating a lot of features that users have wanted.

Physicians have recently been worried about AI technology taking over and possibly replacing them however, this is one example where AI technology has been harnessed very well to complement Physicians workload without getting in the way of the workflow.
