More Services, More Patients, More Reporting. Same Team.
Community and CCBHC clinics run heavy caseloads on tight margins, and the operational load lands on the same people trying to deliver care.
A Front Door That Can't Drop Calls
Intake and scheduling have to keep up with demand around the clock. When they don't, patients reach a voicemail and go elsewhere.
Documentation That Can't Keep Up
High caseloads mean notes pile up fast, and adding clinician hours isn't an option. The charting follows your team home.
Clean Billing on Tight Margins
Claims have to go out clean and on time where every dollar counts, without burying your billing team in manual work.
Straight About What We Do, and Don't
mdhub is a strong behavioral health operations platform: admissions, documentation, e-prescribing, and billing. It is not a CCBHC compliance system, so PPS billing, quality-measure and cost reporting, and crisis response sit outside what we promise. mdhub runs your daily operations and works alongside your CCBHC reporting tools.

Everything your practice needs in one platform
Your AI workforce and behavioral health EHR share one record, so intake, notes, and billing move together without handoffs.
Emma, AI Clinical Assistant
Emma listens during sessions and generates structured behavioral health notes (SOAP, DAP, and more), so you sign off in seconds, not after hours. Trained on behavioral health documentation standards. Saves clinicians 2+ hours per day.
Sarah, AI Admissions Coordinator
Sarah handles patient inquiries, scheduling, and intake 24/7, qualifying patients, booking appointments, and sending reminders without your front desk lifting a finger. More bookings. Fewer no-shows.
Eric, AI Billing Specialist
Eric codes claims accurately and validates them before submission, with each claim attributed to the right clinician. Fewer rejections. Faster, cleaner payments. No billing staff overtime.
Records Built for Behavioral Health Workflows
mdhub's EHR is built around behavioral health workflows, not retrofitted from a general medical system. Your records, your note formats, your care pathways, accessible from anywhere and always in sync with Emma, Sarah, and Eric.

Up and Running in About Four Weeks
Most clinics go live within four weeks. mdhub manages onboarding, configuration, data migration, and team training, so your operations keep running through the transition.

Clinical Director, community mental health center

Frequently asked questions
What is a CCBHC?
A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic is a provider certified to meet federal standards for comprehensive, accessible behavioral health care. Our complete CCBHC guide covers the model, the required services, certification, and funding.
Is mdhub a CCBHC-compliant EHR?
mdhub is a strong behavioral health operations and EHR platform that clinics use to run intake, documentation, e-prescribing, and billing. CCBHC-specific compliance and reporting, such as PPS billing, quality measures, and cost reporting, would need to be scoped. We will tell you honestly what we do and do not cover.
Does mdhub support PPS billing?
Today mdhub handles fee-for-service billing. PPS, the CCBHC bundled-rate model, is not part of the platform out of the box.
Can mdhub support MAT or controlled-substance prescribing?
Yes. mdhub supports controlled-substance e-prescribing with PDMP checks through DrFirst, with medications and allergies kept in sync in the chart. Full MAT program workflows, such as drug-screen management, would need to be scoped.
Does mdhub handle CCBHC quality-measure reporting?
Not today. That sits outside the platform's current scope and would need scoping. mdhub works alongside your existing reporting tools.
